1. Processing Time

All orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is verified.

  • Processing occurs Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Peak seasons may cause slight delays and updates will be emailed.
  • Orders placed after business hours are handled the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Delivery (if available): 5–7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 14–21 business days depending on location and customs.

Please allow extra time for customs processing, weather conditions or courier delays. Tracking will provide real-time updates.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on destination, weight and selected shipping method.

  • Certain orders may qualify for free shipping promotions.
  • Express options may be available for an additional fee.
  • Shipping fees are non refundable once dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can follow your shipment anytime on our

5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international shipments, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees not included in your payment to NutraBoostStore.

  • Customs taxes, import duties and service fees must be covered by the customer.
  • Orders refused due to unpaid fees may be refunded minus shipping costs.
  • NutraBoostStore is not responsible for customs delays.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

NutraBoostStore is not liable once a package is with the courier, but we will support you in resolving any issues.

  • If tracking shows delivered but the item is missing, check with neighbors or your local postal office.
  • You may need to submit a claim directly with the courier for lost or stolen shipments.
  • If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us immediately.

7. Address Accuracy

Correct address details are essential. NutraBoostStore is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Contact us promptly if you need to update your address before shipment.
  • Once a package is in transit, we cannot modify or redirect it.

8. Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to delivery issues, refusal or incorrect address, the following applies:

  • Reshipment: Orders can be resent after payment of additional postage.
  • Refund: Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping fee.
